About Me
As a veteran, I have a unique outlook on military personnel transitioning to civilian life. If you
are a veteran or just someone making a life change and find that you have many obstacles in your
way or a lack of contentment in your life than I may be able to help. What you can expect from
your own personal coach is to discuss specific goals you have for your future. As a life coach we
often provide support that is essential for gaining momentum toward your goals. We will
recognize when you get stuck, and help you regain your motivation.
